Differential DiagnosisHistory: Violaceous papules and plaques, most of them are annular in configuration, involving the doral surfaces of the hands, eyelids and the extensor surfaces of the knees. The rash was slightly pruritic and distributed bilaterally. The scalp, nails and oral mucous membranes were not involved.
