Differential DiagnosisHistory: Widespread itchy patches and plaques of varying pigmentation. No enlarged nodes, and other workup negative. Stage IB mycosis fungoides, treated with skin-directed therapy (topical nitrogen mustard), with spot therapy with intralesional corticosteroids. Considered total body electron beam as initial therapy, but patient declined this modality.
