Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This lady presented with an erythematous rash on her thigh of many hours duration. She has been bitten by a snake. On examination, a diffuse, erythematous, maculopapular rash was seen on the thigh surrounding two necrotic shallow purpuric ulcers caused by the snake fangs’ bite.
