Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This 4-year-old boy presented with a generalized asymptomatic spiky follicular papules involving most of the body regions, however the lesions were more prominent on the trunk, proximal extremities and neck. On physical examination, many associated features have been found like large café-au-lait patches on the trunk, scaly scalp with hair thinning and high arched palate.
