Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 65-year-old completely healthy woman presented with a history of slow development of painless angiomatous nodules on the lower extremities and abdomen of about 18 months duration. On examination, two violaceous-blue nodules on both feet were found and another one was on the abdomen. These nodules measured about 1-to2- cm in diameter and were firm to hard and not tender on palpation. Examination revealed neither lymphadenopathy nor organomegaly. Biopsy of one lesion showed Kaposi's sarcoma.
