Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Many sequels of chronic solar exposure can be seen on the face of this old man like solar (senile) lentigens; actinic keratosis; telangiectases and the main problem basal cell carcinoma. The patient gave history of a small papule that slowly evolved within about 3 years into a translucent skin nodule with surface telangiectasia on the side of the nose. At last 6 months a small ulcer has appeared with tendency to easy bleeding in the upper portion of the tumour.
