Differential DiagnosisHistory: One year history of annular scaly eruption, treated with several topical antifungals and griseofulvin by primary care physician as tinea. Biopsy compatible with SCLE, and ANA positive, ssDNA negative, Ro positive serology. Responded well to hydroxycholoquine therapy 200mg BID.
